Welcome to the Saddlerock Wine Club! By becoming a member and using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

Legal Drinking Age: To join the Saddlerock Wine Club, you must be of legal drinking age in your country (e.g., 21 years or older in the U.S.). By signing up, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

Account Creation: To become a member, you must create an account with us, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and up to date.

2. Subscription Plans

-Quarterly Pickup Subscription: Saddlerock Wine Club offers a quarterly selection option. Members will select their wines each quarter from our available offerings. The selection can vary each quarter, and the price will depend on the wines you choose.

-Pricing: The price for each quarterly order will vary based on the wines you select. Each quarter, we will provide a curated list of wines available for that period, and you will choose your preferred wines. You will be notified of the total price for your selection before the charge is processed. The price will include applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any).

-Billing Cycle: Your subscription will renew every quarter, and you authorize us to charge your payment method based on the wines you select each quarter. You will be billed in advance for your selected wines prior to the next pickup.

-Billing Information: You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, your membership may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

3. Pickup and Delivery

-Quarterly Pickup: As a member of the Saddlerock Wine Club, you agree to pick up your wines at the designated location during each quarterly pickup window. You will receive a notification via email or through your account with the date, time, and location for each pickup.

-Pickup Details: Pickup locations and times will be communicated to you in advance. If you are unable to pick up your wine during the designated window, please contact us to arrange an alternative solution if possible. However, failure to pick up your wine in the allotted timeframe may result in forfeiture of that delivery.

-Alcohol Pickup Restrictions: We comply with all local, state, and national laws regarding the pickup of alcohol. You may be required to show proof of age when picking up your wines. If you cannot legally pick up your wine due to local restrictions, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

4. Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time after completing at least two quarterly pickups. Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming quarter’s wine selection. If you wish to cancel before completing two pickups, your subscription will be considered canceled only after the second quarterly pickup is fulfilled.

-Refunds: Refunds are not provided for wines that have already been prepared for the upcoming pickup. However, if your order is incorrect, damaged, or if you do not receive it as expected, please contact us within 7 days of the pickup date, and we will assist you with a resolution.

5. Member Account and Security

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Security: Saddlerock Wine Club takes security seriously and uses encryption and other protective measures to safeguard your personal and payment information. However, no system is entirely foolproof, and we cannot guarantee the complete security of your data.

6. Intellectual Property

Club Content: All content, logos, designs, and trademarks associated with Saddlerock Wine Club are the property of Saddlerock Wine Club and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

License to Use: By becoming a member, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Saddlerock Wine Club website and services for personal use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

General Disclaimer: Saddlerock Wine Club, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including, but not limited to, issues related to wine quality, pickup delays, or payment processing.

Force Majeure: Saddlerock Wine Club is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

8. Amendments to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with a revised "Effective Date." We encourage you to review these terms periodically. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
